Where does the time go???

I have always loved that song "Don't Blink".  It's so true.  I think we spend the first 21 years of our life trying to move in fast forward and the rest of it trying to find the brakes!  Having kids makes you want to freeze time even more.  Today Madeline (my middle child) turned 6!  I still remember it like yesterday (even though that was 4 moves ago).  Each of our children's "arrival" have been exciting in their own way.  We didn't know when Colby's birthday would be and he was our first, we didn't even know God had "planned" for us to have 3 kids when we found out Chloe was on the way, and we didn't know if we were having a boy or girl on March 15, 2004.  What a blessing she has been.  Madeline is the tender-hearted "peace maker" with a splash of "diva" thrown in for good measure. LOL!  We have had a great time celebrating this week, and  I always welcome a reason to have dessert!!!  Here are some hi-lights of this year...

Thank you for teaching me to lead with my heart and not my head, to love without boundaries, and when you're having a "bad day" wearing pink and putting on a tiara will make it all go away! I love you baby girl!
